Write a program that read the students' names followed by their test scores. The program should output each student followed by the test scores and the relevant grade. It also output the highest test score, the lowest test score and the average.
Input the students' names and the score from a file called student.txt. Click here to down load the file. Save the file in your C drive.
Your program must output each student's name in this form: last name followed by a comma, follow by a space, followed by the first name, and the grade.
Also output the highest score, the lowest score and the average.
Grading: A (100-90), B (89-80), C (79-70) , D (69-60) and F (59 or below).
